Elevate Pilates was founded in 2015 by two former professional ballet dancers, who channeled their deep understanding of movement and precision into a world-class training center. What began in the heart of Central, Hong Kong, has expanded, and we are proud to now serve two dynamic cities with the opening of our second studio in Manila, Philippines, in July 2025.

Our Unique Approach:​

We operate across two dedicated spaces in our HK facility: the Elevate Studio, which hosts truly bespoke private sessions, and the Empower Studio, where you can join a variety of invigorating Pilates group classes, including Suspension Training, and specialised workshops aimed at further educating our clients.

More than instructors, our skilled movement specialists are trained to cultivate an empowering, positive attitude in every client. You'll join a supportive community that champions mindfulness, holistic wellness, and health across Hong Kong.
