Originally from Taiwan, Ying received extensive training in both Eastern and Western dance traditions at the Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA). Her professional dance career spans performances in various dance companies and theme parks, where she developed a deep appreciation for artistry, discipline, and expressive movement.

Alongside performing, Ying taught contemporary dance, ballet, Eastern dance, and specialized techniques across Taiwan. She also worked in choreography, leading productions that achieved strong recognition in major competitions.

Her passion for longevity, wellness, and injury prevention led her to pursue further studies in sports-related fields, with Pilates becoming her discipline of choice. She is committed to helping individuals move with greater intelligence, ease, and awareness.

Ying’s teaching emphasizes proper alignment, refined initiation, coordinated breathing, and seamless movement flow. She pays close attention to detail to ensure each session is safe, effective, varied, and appropriately challenging. With her additional training in anatomy, she supports clients in addressing discomfort, building resilience, and progressing steadily in their practice.
