About the Role
We're seeking a certified Pilates instructor who shares our passion for helping clients discover strength, balance, and joy through movement. You'll teach a variety of classes—from private sessions to group reformer classes—while building meaningful relationships with our community.

Responsibilities

Lead private and group Pilates sessions with attention to proper form and safety

Create personalized programs for clients with varying fitness levels and goals

Maintain equipment and ensure studio cleanliness and organization

Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to our welcoming community

Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Qualifications

Comprehensive Pilates certification (BASI, Romana's, STOTT, or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred

Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention

Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
