About the Role

Elevate Pilates is looking for a professional, passionate and client-focused Pilates Instructor to join our team in Central, Hong Kong.

We believe great Pilates instruction goes beyond teaching exercises. It is about understanding people, creating meaningful movement experiences, and helping clients move with greater confidence, strength and awareness.

Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities

Teach private Pilates sessions and group classes.
Assess clients and adapt programming to their individual needs and goals.
Provide clear, safe, and engaging instruction.
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Contribute to a positive and professional studio environment.
Work collaboratively with other instructors and management.
Support studio operations, including front-of-house and client administration when required.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and care of studio equipment.
Represent the Elevate brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications

A recognised Pilates certification.
Strong knowledge of movement, anatomy and safe exercise practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine interest in helping people improve through movement.
The ability to work with clients of different ages, backgrounds and abilities.
Professionalism, reliability and attention to detail.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Experience is valued, but character, attitude and potential matter just as much.
