Carlo Pacis is a former Senior Soloist with Hong Kong Ballet, where he performed leading roles following his graduation with First-Class Honours from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. He later earned a Master of Fine Arts in Dance and received the Hong Kong Dance Alliance Award in recognition of his artistic excellence.

An award-winning choreographer, Carlo has created numerous acclaimed works, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Weighted Whispers for Ballet Philippines. His choreography has received multiple Gawad Buhay Awards, and he has also contributed internationally as a commissioned artist.

Carlo is a certified instructor in Pilates, Core Suspend™, and GYROTONIC®. In 2015, he co-founded Elevate Pilates with David Claase. As co-director, he oversees the studio’s strategic direction, business development, client experience, and expansion, including the operations of Elevate Pilates’ Philippine branch in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig, as well as its overseas initiatives. His work is grounded in the belief that movement is essential to lifelong health and well-being.
