Kate Nguyen
Instructor
Kate’s movement journey began in 2015 with Yoga and Spinal Flow, where she witnessed how movement could either heal or harm the body. This experience sparked her commitment to kinaesthetic literacy and inspired her transition from a linguistics career into full-time movement education.

She has taught in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, advocating for Contemporary Pilates as an inclusive, intelligent system suitable for diverse bodies and backgrounds. She believes deeply in adapting Pilates to meet the needs of each individual—whether dancers, athletes, yoga practitioners, or office workers.

Kate holds international certifications from BODY & FLOW and STOTT PILATES® in Mat and Reformer, with specialized training in Cardio-Tramp Jumpboard, Pre/Post-Natal, and Spinal Rehabilitation. Her extensive study of GYROTONIC® has further enriched her understanding of integration, awareness, and myofascial work.

In her classes, Kate offers a dynamic, thoughtful approach, using creative variations and well-structured sequences to deliver safe, challenging, and transformative movement experiences for both body and mind.
