This workshop is a deeply calming practice that blends supported, cushioned postures with therapeutic sound to guide your body and mind into effortless rest and renewal. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each long-held, passive posture invites surrender rather than stretch—helping release deep-seated tension, soften connective tissues, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system so the body can shift out of “fight or flight.” As you rest, you’ll be immersed in crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments that gently slow brainwaves into meditative states, clear energetic blockages, and promote emotional release. This class is ideal for anyone seeking deep rest, stress relief, physical recovery, or a meditative experience, and is especially beneficial for those experiencing chronic stress, fatigue, or difficulty calming the mind. No prior yoga or sound healing experience is required—simply come as you are and allow yourself to unwind.

Maddy Bandera
Founder of Concentric Circles of Healing in Singapore, Maddy brings her expertise in sound healing, energy work, yoga, and mindfulness after two decades in leadership roles at Google and Amazon. A certified healer and meditator, she also established the Sound Healing Association of Singapore to elevate awareness of sound healing.
