ASCEND SUSPENSION TRAINING

One of our most challenging classes, Ascend uses one's own body weight suspended from straps and ropes to work on full-body stability, strength, balance, and coordination. See and feel the difference after only one class!

AERIAL HAMMOCK 

Our aerial hammocks provide support for you as you work on various routines and manoeuvres, which challenge your balance, coordination, and  upper-body and core strength. This fun workout is suitable for beginners.

 ALPHA BALLET (Beginner Level) 

There's nothing quite like a REAL ballet class to improve your posture, flexibility, coordination, and strength.  For beginners, this class aims to work the whole body using Classical Ballet foundations. Sculpt your body through art.

 BRAVO BALLET (Intermediate/Advanced Level)

Everyone can be a Swan… or a Prince. Intermediate/Advanced Adult Ballet class for the serious dance enthusiast.

TARGET REFORMER

This new class will target specific areas of the body with specialised exercises aimed to challenge, sculpt and tone. Watch out for (1) Arms & Thighs, (2) Glutes & Abs, (3) Spinal Flow, (4) ACT (Athletic Conditioning Training).

MAT-TONE

It's not just about toning those muscles, but also building strength, endurance and stamina. With just a mat and 2 toning balls, you're ready to go.

REFORMER-TONE

Combining the use of the Reformer and toning balls, challenge yourself with how far you can go in this class. It stimulates mind and body connection, promotes good awareness and balance. Strengthen to stretch!

CARDIOFORM (Reformer Cardio)

Your heart is also a muscle. Give it a boost with this invigorating workout. In connection with the breath, let's gets those toxins out of our systems. Perspire to your wellness!

WARRIOR REFORMER

Designed for the warrior in you, this class  has been curated by the men of Elevate to build bodies that will be fit, strong, and summer-ready.

REFORM TONE & STRETCH
